Always on my side until bilateral shoulder surgery after a fall. Then did a lot of sleeping in my recliner.
Same. And I had to sleep on my right side for the past several years until I had my gallbladder removed and bought one of those Purple mattresses. Now I can sleep on either side, or on my back, but I do keep a cushion between my knees, and one against my chest when sleeping on my side to keep my rib cage open. I feel like it's good for my lungs and heart.I sleep on my right side with a small pillow between my knees.
