I will snore once in awhile if I fall asleep on my back, which is rare. I usually wake myself up right away. Some people say they actually sleep in separate bedrooms due to their spouse' snoring.
I knew a couple of people who said they had Sleep Apnea, where you stop breathing in your sleep. Does anyone here have problems like this? Do you have to use a CPAP machine to breathe at night? I think that would be so uncomfortable, and wonder if there's another way to deal with the problem.
