Are your Christmas decorations still up ?

I put my Christmas decorations and cards away yesterday, it’s nice to see them out each year but I love it when they’ve been put back in the box, all the odd bits of tinsel and glitter hoovered up with everything polished and back to normal

Ditto....All gone...

I leave them up until the Epiphany on January 6th.

We didn't put any up this year...first time ever when we're at home, because sometimes we're abroad for Christmas... but this year we were home, and no decorations. Couldn't be bothered because we were having no visitors this year.

Still got the Cards up tho'...might take them down today!!

Ours is still up, inside and outside. IOW, my wife really, really loves Christmas, but all will come down when she goes back to work next Wednesday. I will start dismantling! Some of our Christmas décor will be given away, like our 8' artificial lighted tree and some of it's décor. Our Christmas tree is a beauty, but is just too big for us to put up anymore and decorate. Our next Christmas will be a 4' tree.

The cards and the nutcracker doll are still lined up on the fireplace mantle; that's all the decorating I do any more. I like them; they look festive. Will probably take them down in a week or so.

All I put up are "winter" decorations. I have several snowmen I put up around the house. Keep them up all winter. Here is a picture that shows them (with my rats, Dot and Dash). I do not normally have them all on the kitchen table. Just did it for the picture.

I only have a tiny ceramic plug in tree surrounded by this year's Christmas cards, I wait until New Year's Day to put everything away.

We down-sized our tree two years ago, from a 6 footer to a 3 foot pre-lit
tree. Due to my husbands surgery, plus 5 hr. emergency visit afterward,
I did not get around to trimming the tree. We did without decorations this year. Just have to put the tree back in the box :)

I didn't bother putting up any decorations. We go to our daughters for Christmas and no one comes here between Thanksgiving and Christmas. It just didn't seem worth all of the trouble especially just for me.

Me too. I'm still getting over Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
We are in the middle of a heat wave right now so activity has been wound down to the bare minimum.
I am happy to take the full twelve days of Christmas before packing away the decorations.

I put up very little Christmas decorations other then the 4-1/2 foot tree. However, I have about a thousand ornaments on it (at least it feels like it) which I add at least one every year. They are special to me so I take the time to put them up and take them down slowly and safely and put them in their original containers or in individual ziplock bags. It will take a couple of days at least. I plan to start this on the first Monday after New Year's day. I put the tree up early November this year.

My wife's family tradition is Jan 6th.
She was a kindergarten teacher and is near compulsive about all manner of holiday decorations.
