Can you figure this out?

It took me FOREVER to realize that this was a very normal picture. I was told it was, and I tried and tried to see it, but for the longest time all I could see was a hideously deformed creature!!! And even now, my brain will tend to flip back to the deformed creature view, even though I KNOW it's not right!
