The evening news said that they did not know at this point if the man had been given the vaccine or a placebo.
IMO it's a story with more shock value than hard news at this point.

I doubt they would say whether he got the vaccine. They might say he got a placebo, whether he did or not.

It's also possible that they might tell the truth.
We've had over one million deaths around the world related to covid and only one or two reported deaths or illnesses related to the testing of new vaccines.
I feel bad for those people and their families.
IMO all of the people involved in the testing are heroes in the efforts to find a solution to this disease.
