It used to be compulsory for all food handlers to wear head gear to cover there hair so no hairs get in the food, i know they still have to wear them in factories , why not when people are handling food in sandwich bars and restaurants.
One thing that has amazed me for years is why don't they have one person on the till ringing up the sales when you order sandwiches etc, instead the person serving you with your sandwich handles the money then immediately starts to make another persons sandwich, think of how many types of germs are on the money, one reason why i don't order sandwiches when out, specially after getting maggots in my chicken sandwich. :eeew::magnify:
