Do You eat Breakfast or Not?

Still love 50's & 60's music!
When we were children, our mother made us eat breakfast before we went to school. So as I grew up, I always had breakfast before I left for work. Over the years, I've worked with so many people who skip breakfast and stuff food into their mouths before they start working. The usual excuse is that I don't have time. I always get up 2 hours before I have to be at work, so I have time to shower, dress, and eat breakfast. Some people I have worked with, seem to want to stay in bed as along as possible.

Do you still eat breakfast in the mornings or not?

I look forward to it now, especially when it's a big Sunday breakfast. When I was working it was usually small, quick and fast but I never just skipped it.

No I don't eat breakfast. I always got up 2 hours before work, but I never ate anything, if I did I'd get cramps .. so I never ate anything.. .. and over the years I got used to not eating when I got up inn the mornings.

I can happily eat breakfast as brunch after being up several hours..sometimes I eat breakfast food at dinner time.

I eat breakfast for dinner a lot.

Always eat breakfast, usually a cereal of some kind, in summer Weet-bix or Rice Bubbles, in winter porridge or Shredded Wheat (with hot milk)

Don't like a cooked breakfast (mixed grill/English breakfast type of thing)

I eat when hungry. Usually after 11 am. Then again about 6 pm. Occasionally I need a protein drink mid afternoon. Just recently started pouring it over some Cheerios and walnuts.

I eat breakfast every morning, on the advice of the Diabetes Foundation .. alternating 2 eggs one day, bran cereal the next. I'm border-line, and trying to stay that way.

I call it breakfast, but it is usually 3 or 4 hours after I get up in the morning.

Dinner around 8:30 or 9:00 the night before, then 13 hours until "breakfast".
That's my intermittent fasting shedule, so three meals in the remaining 11 hours.

Do most of my running and working out before my first meal.

Some time in the 1980's my wife read that a breakfast of mixed fruit was a healthy way to start your day. Must have some truth to it because for about 45 years now that is still the way I start my day.

I've never been a breakfast person. I might have it a few times a year but most of the time it either nauseates me or I'm just not hungry. I usually just have coffee.
