When I worked nights, when I got home from work, I'd eat dinner for breakfast.No I don't eat breakfast. I always got up 2 hours before work, but I never ate anything, if I did I'd get cramps .. so I never ate anything.. .. and over the years I got used to not eating when I got up inn the mornings.
I can happily eat breakfast as brunch after being up several hours..sometimes I eat breakfast food at dinner time.
oh yes, I like breakfast food... and I often have it other times of the day... I just can't eat any kind of food when I first get up...When I worked nights, when I got home from work, I'd eat dinner for breakfast.
