Absolutely! My dog likes to join me in her bed at the foot of my bed.
Sounds like you definitely needed that nap.I did that yesterday... I'd been busy most of the day with hard tiring gardening...hedge cutting, lawn mowing etc...
Later I sat down at my desk.. and suddenly I opened my eyes and realised I;d been asleep right here at my desk for 35 minutes...
I definitely did... the problem is like most of us here on the forum...I suppose... that I work on hard toil like I'm still 50.... and then I wonder why I'm so sore and whacked out, lolSounds like you definitely needed that nap.
I never nap but sometimes I fall asleep on my desk.
I typically sleep 8-9 hours per night. I go to the gym 5 days a week. That hasn't chanced for the past 6 years. A couple of years ago I never took afternoon naps. Now I find that at around 3:30pm when I'm on the couch and watching TV I drift off. Sometimes the cats are on my lap and they just look startled when I snore and wake myself up!
Anyone else finding naps are more frequent these days?
Rossana, do you mean that we will generally sleep more as we age? Or sleep more as we actually approach our death? I believe I read that we sleep less as we age.Yes, I like to take a nap after lunch. I sleep between 1-2 hours. (It is getting longer now) I never did when I was younger but now, I cannot sleep more than 5-6 hours a night so I am tired mid-day.
I remembered reading that we will sleep more and more as we are approaching our death. I am starting to panic!![]()
