Do you remember your passwords?

Do you guys remember your passwords for the many websites you have accounts in? If so, how?

I use Lastpass (Free version) https://lastpass.com/create-account.php Set it up with just a Master Password, and save all your day to day passwords under this umbrella. that way just have to remember one password....used it for a couple of years now, there are many similar but like this one.

Yes and no!

I remember all of my passwords just like I remember peoples names, telephone numbers, etc...

Every so often I have a senior moment and can't remember a common password that I use every day.

When that happens I refer to a paper list of passwords that I maintain.

The sites I go to daily e.g this one,I can remember
I have my list in a small notebook which sits on a table next to my computer chair similar to what Classic Rocker does Sue

I have one
it fits the criteria for most all sites and places
and I remember it
I gave it to my lady in case I kick or lose what’s left of my bean
a very few other places require a different one
but, of those, they just email me if I forget

My browser always prompts me to 'remember' the password to whatever site I'm on, then it's just stored in my Keychain and pops back up whenever I got back to that site, so I don't have to bother remembering. I also use Keeper on my phone, and there are a dozen or so passwords that I have written down. I'm covered, with redundancy, just the way I like it. :)

I remember most, but do keep them written down. When I got this new computer, though, I took the opportunity to change ALL my passwords. Just for security reasons.

I have heard of that Master password site. But I wonder what security measures they have in place to prevent being hacked.

I, too, wonder how good the security is on those password manager programs. I know someone who keeps all their accounts and passwords on an Excel spreadsheet. Usually my browser "remembers" my passwords. What works for me so far has been writing down my accounts/passwords on spiral-bound index cards—one card for each account. I dog-ear one bottom corner for the ones I use frequently, and I keep the cards in a special place out of sight, not laying near the computer.

It is really simple, you paint the wall white next to your computer desk, then you have a place to write them right where you use them.

I have a note book where I keep all my passwords. If I use it to go into my banking website I don't write that one down.I just remember it,and I do the same with other sites where I spend money on.

Yes, I remember the ones most used, for some financial sites I have them written on paper, with security question answers, etc. Like Linda, I don't trust the password saver programs, have never had so many passwords that I ever felt the need.
