Do you still have your High School Yearbook?

My lovely SO and I graduated from the same High School almost 60 years ago. She and I both have our senior year year book, and I somehow have yearbooks for the previous 5 years. We went to a very small school, and so grades 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 were included as well as the Seniors. Of course, there were pictures of all the faculty, sports teams, glee clubs, bands, you name it.

Looking at them now is a trip down memory lane. I also found out that a lot of old high school yearbooks are available to view on class mates dot com. I was able to look up and find the senior picture of a long lost love interest who went to a different school. It's kinda tedious, and not all yearbooks for all schools are available.

No. I can't relive that nightmare. Actually, I'm not 100% sure I had it.
Sorry to hear that. I was not a very good student, but I enjoyed high school.

Yes and no. I had all 4 of my high school year books until my brother decided to ruin them all. He wrote all over them. That was in the 1970s.

A few years ago, my sister (who works at the public library) sent me two of the yearbooks. She said people donate books all the time and some even donate yearbooks. I'm very thankful to my sister.

I have mine from 1972, the half century reunion celebration is scheduled for September.

It’s funny that people who wouldn’t give me the time of day back then are now reaching out to me with wonderful memories of those happy years. 😊

I wonder how much my class ring is worth for scrap? 🤔
Class rings are whole 'nother topic - I gave mine to a grandson about 10 or 12 years ago. I'm sure it is long gone now.

I have my Junior and Senior yearbooks....from 1959 and 1960...in my bookshelf. I still look through them once or twice a year. We had a nice 50 yr. reunion in Denver, back in 2010. There were almost 600 students in that class, but only about 200 made it to the reunion.

It's funny I read this now. Just last week while cleaning up stuff I saw my hubby's yearbook. When we met I was 15 and he was 16. I saw a picture in there of the senior prom and saw me and my hubby dancing. My granddaughter got excited so I gave her the book. She adores her Poppy.
