on what basis do you presume I am swiftly, superficially and unfairly judging people???
Why don't they quit? Maybe their wife or their child is disabled and the market for other jobs is horrible.
That has nothing to do with backbone. And I am sure there are professional studies which clearly demonstrate that the vast majority of people who do not quit jobs, do not quit them, because of financial pressures, medical problems and on.
I don't know why you want to back up the business community, as if they are some pristine example of puppies and lollipops.
It's all just a big financial game, so that a handful of people can skim off millions for themselves and leave the rest of us in the cold.
I remember the 70s, when plenty of companies were honorable and treated their employees well.
We are not living in those times...
