Do You Wash Your Frying Pan?

I have cast iron. Sometimes I wash it. Mostly I don't. I don't leave food in it. I do wipe it clean with a serious hard wipe.

All of our pans are good high quality Non-Stick. We wash them after each use, and they usually last several years.

Definitely toss non-stick pans if they start to peel. That substance is Teflon and you don't want to ingest that.

Never

all cast iron
some small
some large
some HUGE

All well seasoned

Back when I was let in the kichin, I washed the dishes
and the skillet
......just that one time

I have one cast iron skillet that belonged to my husband Aunt, it is about 75 years old. Great for cornbread and anything fried. Don't wash, wipe out well, rub down with crisco about twice a year and put it the oven for an hour.
