Do your older eyes play tricks on you?

My eyes play tricks on me all the time now that I'm older. Sometimes it's very funny. Like a minute ago I was scanning the forum and I saw ' The Walking Dead am I alive?" Well that's not what it says it says 'The Walking Dead, Am I Alone?'
This happens to me all the time. I do a lot of double takes on here

Mine do. I read a title, like you blunder, and have to go back and reread it. Also, have a lot of eye floaters which can distort a word.

Yes, I often misread a headline or thread title and have to do a double take.Especially in the evenings, as older eyes need more light.:magnify:

What I think billboards say is usually more entertaining than what they really say. I think of it as consolation for failing eyesight.

I notice the billboards when I'm a passenger and not wearing glasses. Yes! Billboards can be hilarious!
