I take it one day at a time. When I make plans in advance I think about them and how to do them and I tell no one about the plans. When the day comes for me to do what I have planned I think about it and if the vibes are bad or I get that gut feeling that things are going to go bad I change the plans to a earlier time, later time or later date. Sometimes when I am out and about I get that gut feeling that something is going to go bad usualy about three to five minutes in the future and I do things that will keep me out of the danger. I do my best to stay away from the drama in the news and in life and just see the cold hard facts. I also go into the kill the ego mode when dealing with tough situations. Kill the ego as in in killing my own ego so I dont become emotionally involved with troubles that come my way. Like a saying I used in the military " Stick your ego in your back pocket and do the job that you trained to do".
