Even basic holidays are becoming expensive.

well that's the type of prices I was looking at last week, when looking for accomodation abroad... stupid prices for what amounts to nice but average accomodation.. £400 -£500 per person per night.. in a middle value hotel.. really.. not anything high class ... and I just refuse to pay it.. I wish more people would...

I'd just as soon sleep in my car in their car park than pay that kind of money ...lol

That is Booking.com prices. I have Genius level 3 status though I notice only those places at the higher end offer Genius Level 3 discounts. So still way too expensive for my liking.
