Ever had an unusual exchange with a stranger?

on first read it does not take a highly skilled person to see that , , the ladies do not initiate first contact(aliens hear that?). I was in a grocery store when two women did the hug thing and a third joined in, they were all quite gabby and I overheard some of their conversation, so I (off the cuff) said nobody hugs me upon which one of the ladies said she would.(I didn't get a hug). the ladies were not slim, cute or young and probably knew each other.

After many years of trying to initiate the first contact with various nonworking tactics I simply gave up. I figured the human population is going to dwindle down to nothing without my help. In later years telling of past attempts the women all wondered why I was never successful because they all said I was decent looking...??? go figure!!

I had an unusual exchange a few years back. I was at the Doctors with my husband and he got annoyed with me because he said I told the doctor too much ,because he never tells the Doctor the truth about his health issues. So I walked out of the room and went outside to calm down. Well a woman ran up to me and screamed to me asking if I thought she was fat. I didn't get a chance to say anything and she grabbed my arm and yelled that her husband said she was fat. Honestly I got scared but luckily a guard was standing there and grabbed her and told me to go back inside. I won't tell you what I said to my husband when I went back inside.

So.. was she fat @Sassycakes ? ...:)

Having moved to a senior apartment complex last year, I find that having unusual exchanges with people is the norm around here ...lol Never surprised anymore at anything that people say, and most of the time it makes no sense to me... but I smile and agree with them.

I didn't think she was fat. Crazy maybe but not fat !

I'm still curious what some of the men think about this.
A stranger asking a woman for a hug...gimme a break. Ick

I think he was up to no good. He's looking for a victim. He'll probably find one & he's probably found them before. He knows exactly what to say. A decent guy who's just being nice wouldn't ask for physical contact from a woman he just met a few seconds ago. I'd say the same thing about a woman interacting with me that way.

I was meandering down the fruit and veg aisle, when I noticed the most gorgeous woman I've ever seen walking towards me. She had her finger pointed straight at me and as she got closer, she grabbed my shirtfront and pulled me up close to her, she pressed my head into her bosom, then she kissed me full on the lips, hot and passionately, and said, "Now do I get the part in your new movie?"

"You need to go to Specsavers, darling", I said, "This is Tesco's."

Of course, I only dreamed this, but anything's possible........isn't it......

Peppermint, my primary care doctor sometimes gives me a friendly hug when I am leaving his office. Certainly nothing wrong with that (or with your dentist); that's what friends do. All depends on the context.
