Where has all intriguing and challenging conversation gone? When only less than challenging games are played boring has set in.

Well, I'm not bored. The mail person just delivered the latest edition of my Natl.Geog. magazine. :drool1:

You won't be seeing me for awhile. Have a nice evening. See y'all tomorrow (Sunday here).

I'm not bored. Just piddling around the house finishing projects and thinking of new ones. Hubby is hidden away in the TV room praying I don't come in wanting him to help me with something. I'll get him on the way to the bathroom. He has to come out of there at some point.

Not bored here either, either working on outside chores, keeping up with Olympics, or recorded shows, or getting ready to go to the theater which is tomorrow evening. And also busy on one of my 4 Pc's mostly my main one, with numerous forums, uploading photo's, shopping... LOL or playing a cool game.

Now that is multitasking!

I cancelled my subscription when National Geographic decided to go political and sided with the global warming issue.

The picture of the Statue of Liberty with water up to her hips did it.

Not boring here, either. I am in Denver with a bunch of retired United pilots having a get-together and telling stories about our experiences while flying. I am finding out a lot of things about my former colleagues that I never knew and some of the exploits that they encountered while flying. The one former Captain just told us the story about while he was flying over the Pacific on his way to Tokyo and the one engine lost its cowling. He ended up declaring an emergency landing in Tokyo upon their arrival there. He was flying a Boeing 747 and they had departed from O'Hare in Chicago.

No, not bored. I constantly have chores I'm trying to avoid, or get out of having to do or, at the very least, postpone. Never do today what can wait till tomorrow, next week, next month, etc.. Can't recall the last time I was legitimately bored. I love a full day of doing absolutely nothing but drinking coffee, playing on the computer, checking the mail and just puttering around the house. Most likely boring to some but it works for me .

Not Bored here either...

Been very busy the last few days. Some not so pleasant things to deal with, but others' like yesterday, on a beautiful sunny warm day .. we went to the Garden centre seeking out new plants, and then for Lunch at the pub and it was warm enough to eat out Al fresco, then we knocked around a bucket of Ball on the Golf course

Previous day also beautifully sunny, got out in the garden and cleared up all the leaves and composted them.. and generally sorted out a lot of garden from the winter ravages , then out and about, shopping, lunch......chores indoors, bit of TV watching.. few games on the forums to keep the old grey cells oiled... don't need arguments and serious heavy discussions to prevent myself from being bored... I like the easy life now..

I'm not bored either,I come ck this site twice a day
The rest of my time I'm taking my 3 daily walks, visiting or calling friends, read my book, watch some of the Olympic coverage. I don't know where the day, week or month goes half the time. Its one of the great things about being retired, you make your own schedule. For me sitting around doing nothing would drive me crazy . Sue
