the problem is.. once this comes to court and the video is witnessed.. I can't see how they could not change the charge they face...

I get depressed when things like this happen. We ask people who wear a badge to protect the populace and help when asked. Now we're having to track them as we no longer can trust their words as to what happened.

I swear, I'd want my kids with 2-3 hidden video cameras in the car for this very reason.

..but it still wouldn't stop this happening. After all all these Polce had body cameras on, and were also being filmed by the overhead helicopter camera and they knew this and it didn't stop them!!

They're so excited at the prospect of hurting/killing someone, they forget they're on video.
Here is another example. A car theft suspect gives up, lays down on the ground with his hands stretched out, waiting for police to arrest him.
Several police officers move in & handcuff the suspect.
Another officer runs up to the prone suspect & kicks him in the head.

Impossible for whom? No one here is involved in the case, in my opinion
it is just ghoulish to watch and then describe this horror.

All I need to know is five black burly men in uniform beat a young
black man to death. Hopefully they will get what they deserve, but the mother's tears will never dry.

They are also charged with aggravated kidnapping, with other charges also. They will do 30 minimum, (did not check penalties, just off the top), unless they plead out.

Another senseless and violent killing of a black American, this seems to never end. May Tyre rest peacefully, sympathy and condolences for his mother and family. I watched the video, it sickened and angered me......just like the deliberate killing of Mr. Floyd. There was no proof that Tyre was even driving recklessly, even if he was, no need for another modern day lynching. These killer cops must be held accountable, unfortunately that won't bring young men like Tyre back to life. :(

They are cops who aggressively abuse the power of their badge, uniform, firearm, etc. The color of the cops doesn't matter, a bad cop is a bad cop. Those five acted like a pumped up gang of thugs, and Tyre was the unfortunate citizen who crossed their path. This country looks less like America each and every day, and that is very sad.
