I have been having problems with my feet for almost a year now. Some days are better than others. My primary care doctor says it is arthritis. He said I should take 3000mg of Tylenol a day. That was no help and I quit as that is a large dose. His assistant said it is bursitis and the foot specialists told me is is tendonitis. The foot specialist recommended 6 weeks of physical therapy which would cost me $800 out of pocket. I declined that due to cost.
I have tried ice, hot foot baths with Epsom salts, elevating, stretching, Voltaren cream, CBD cream and compression socks, heel lifts,& Walk Hero insoles. Nothing gives any long lasting relief. My right Achilles heel has been swelled for a year. Nothing has reduced that. My left foot has pointy things sticking out of my heel a little bit. I feel there is two different issues but the both hurt the same. Does anyone with similar issues have any suggestions for long term relief? TIA
