Oh Gawd!! The I.Q. of our criminal sector has gone way down. It's embarrassing. Our criminals are now, not the brightest, or the best. Could you imagine Al Capone, Bugsy Seigal, or Dutch Schultz doing that????
It's the failure of our prison systems to educate young criminals, like back to the basics.

Also read in the article that it mentioned a theft ring headed by an illegal Venezuelan that are stealing cell phones in order to get into the bank accounts of the victims to steal money that way.

Crime tourism is definitely an issue. They already brazen and showing some technical proficiency by using jammers to disable wifi security systems. Also hard wire a camera, alarms or sensors when ever possible. Jammers are illegal but unfortunately available.

This guy had some skill because he knew he needed to translate 'put the money in the bag'- he thought about what happens during a robbery.. He thought/planned out his crime no matter how poorly.

Question is did he learn it somewhere or think of it all by himself.
