Free coffee anyone?

Pappy

Living the Dream
This morning, residents of Melbourne Beach, FL, woke up to thousands of fresh coffee cans littering the beach.
Last week a cargo ship spilled several containers into the sea and apparently this could be from the containers. Once the word got around, it didn't take long to clear up the beach.

Surprised the 'gators didn't get into them - they'd be rolling in the surf at 60RPM! :playful:

Café Bustela!!!! My favorite!!!! If I'd had been there I would have backed up a truck...and yes expresso loaded gators would be a nightmare.

This is the brand of coffee on the beach. Never heard od it. Tonight's news states that now Ramen noodles, juice boxes and wine are being washed up. Wine, oh yes, must visit the beach. ;)

Most folks were taking two or three cans and then came the hoarders with their big plastic bags and stuffing as many as they could carry.

Of course - some people just aren't happy unless they indulge in excess.

If you went into a Spanish or Italian grocery store I think you'd see that brand - it's actually pretty good.

With the wine washing up I'd just crawl across the beach on my belly like a stranded whale, inhaling all the way. ;)

I buy this all the time...warning if you are sensitive to caffeine. It's expresso, makes your eyes spin first thing in the morning. I'm headed down to the coast!!!

YESYESYESYESYESYESYESYES!

I first discovered that when I made a full pot and poured myself a giant travel-mug full (my usual drinking vessel).

Man, talk about bouncing off the walls! :eek:nthego:

We were in BJs club yesterday and sure enough, that brand of coffee was setting right there on the shelve. Up to now, I'd never heard of it.

Ha! Ha! Think positive, Pappy. That ship was headed to deliver that coffee to BJs supplier, anyway. :)

So Pappy, you love eggnog? Do you ever put it in coffee? I bought 2 bottles at Costco the other day that are already spiked. I have been afraid to open one of them as I'm afraid I'll drink the whole bottle. It's very fattening. I'm hoping someone will come over soon so I can bring it out.

Maybe I'll sell and move to the beach. Now we have cooking oil, Lysol cans and several hand creams washing up on beach. I'm waiting for the wine cargo to start washing up.
