Friday the 13th an issue for you?

I got caught at # (13) in exercises. Later that day the front right wheel bearing on my truck started making noise.
I can't blame the 13 exercises too; it was the 13 potholes at the intersection of the Bottle shop I stopped at. ... :coffee: ...

I asked them there to ask the State to fix the intersection on the State highway or I will quit stopping in.
13 isn't bad luck it's just a coincidence. Believe it or not. haha
The Cashier thought it was funny! He told me I was his 13th customer! Does that beat all?

I found this on Prime Video. Seems apropos for a Friday the 13th. :)

The White Ribbon is a 2009 German-language mystery drama film, written and directed by Michael Haneke. Released in black-and-white, the film offers a dark depiction of society and family in a northern German village just before World War I. According to Haneke, The White Ribbon "is about the roots of evil. Whether it's religious or political terrorism, it's the same thing."

Markham, Ontario is a large suburban city north east of Toronto. About 40 percent of the population of Markham are of Chinese ancestry. In the 1970's and 1980's as many new housing areas were being built in Markham, the city council made a conscious effort to NOT create residential house numbers with a FOUR in them, as four in Chinese mythology is a VERY BAD NUMBER. Even in high rise condo towers in Markham, there are no suites with a FOUR in the number. On the other hand EIGHT is a good number. JIMB.
 
Only 2 things of note happened on Friday the 13th. 1972 I think. I was in high school and someone called in a bomb threat and we had to evacuate. Also, my brother was working on a machine in the factory he owned. He was standing between the machine and a wall, and there was a small fire and he got burns on his face. Still needs to wear a thick layer of sun screen when he goes out
