And the wonderful daisies.

We are now getting ready to go to 2 additional medical appointments for dh, today. It's stressful and difficult, but i am glad that he's still alive, and so am I. Also grateful to live near and have access to these Dr offices.

A ways farther North from the magical Land of @RadishRose
We got snow and mixed precipitation and slush, and yes freezing rain.

But we arrived safe and sound, back at home from this afternoon's medical appointments.

They went okay. We are now loaded (and overloaded) with more information, which feels overwhelming at some moments and manageable at others.

Hopefully it will feel less overwhelming and more manageable, as time goes on.

And at least the other appointment, earlier this week had particularly good results.

I'm exhausted, but okay, and we're both glad to have this week's appointments behind us.

On a more positive note ,
Supper 🍽 will be salmon, boiled potatoes, and steamed .

I'm definitely ready for that S.F. group beach vacation that we were all planning recently!

So true. Folks sometimes choose distant locations and have to move later when they can’t deal with trips for medical care.

A repeat of snow, mixed precipitation, freezing rain and ice, forecast here, for Sat night and all day Sunday, and Sunday night. Definitely not great February weather.

So true. Folks sometimes choose distant locations and have to move later when they can’t deal with trips for medical care.

We considered it a few times. It was cheaper to afford places in the rural areas, and the lifestyles there are so appealing, and the country so beautiful with more nature. Yet, I dont know what we would have done.

I'll be seeing the same mixed precipitation here, Kaila... tomorrow, and into Sunday. It feels as if it's never going to stop this year. And we've had blizzards into March and April in the past, so that's not a good thought! But maybe the ol' groundhog was wrong and we'll wake up to "sudden spring" soon!

Hello all...
Last night I made a yummy pasta dish. Who was I talking with about artichoke hearts? My dish had chick peas in my sauce and plain artichoke hearts on top, of course grated cheese.

Gonna have leftovers for brunch.

Unless I was planning to go out in it, I don't worry too much about the weather. Thursday it was cold here with pouring down rain, but I was snug, dry and curled myself up with a good book. I was grateful for the rain and grateful for the opportunity to release my inner sloth for the day.
