We were discussing me using marinated artichokes in my mushroom risotto. I didn’t test them in that, instead used them in a chicken dish. I have 2/3 of a Costco-size jar left to use. I’m always open to more recipes if you want to share your pasta dish.

It's nothing more than a garlicy, basily tomato sauce cooked w/ drained chick-peas; topped w/ drained artichoke hearts,,, that's all.
The recipe was from allrecipes and even using all the suggested changes, it wasn’t my favourite. The artichokes were good and I made sure that I put lots on my plate.That'd right Jules, it was you.
