Gentle posts for gentle folks

Good afternoon, @Kaila & Co. It's a beautiful day here and what am I doing.... watching Wimbledon on tv. :cool: As the tennis finishes on Sunday, I have decided not to do any stripping or sanding etc. until after that.

Regarding peanuts.. I keep finding the empty shells in my back yard. Now, it's a concreted yard so it's not a haven for squirrels etc. I can only think that someone is feeding peanuts to the birds, possibly the herring gulls (loads of them around here) and I'm getting the remains. 🥜🥜

There's only a 40% chance of rain today with a high of 83F/28C, but we did get the forecasted storm last evening. Yesterday was a bit like a sauna in the evening. But the peanuts are loving it!

I've just started following a few new podcasts, so I'll have lots to listen to while walking Lucius and doing things around the house. Gods forbid I'm alone in my own head. Nobody wants that. It's a clown car in there. :oops: 🤡

The birds are getting peanuts somewhere else and dropping the shells in your yard? How rude! :ROFLMAO:

Those birds are very rude!😊😉☺️

In addition to the obvious that they aren't leaving one out of the two peanuts per shell, for you!
They are doing all of this during the Wimbledon tennis tournament!😬😵‍💫😱

How dare they!
 
Well, today is another day of partly or mostly resting, while I'm unable to do much else. 🫤

I'm not having any bounce back at all.

However I am trying to do one thing at a time.
And hoping to get to P.T., tomorrow morning on Friday and hoping to do a bit more than I could there on Tuesday.

The temperatures have moderated and are not overly hot here, so that's not making things more difficult at the moment.

It's evening now here, but it's so wonderful for me to look at and enjoy each individual post above!🤗🤩😁🥰

Today went a little better overall.
Whew!!!!

P.T. went very well.
We did gentle careful exercises designed for the things I need. It's challenging yet encouraging.

And again, I loved all of the posts from each one of you!
