I agree that he's a good actor but probably underrated. Along with the really good movies in which he's shined, he's been in a lot of really bad movies. He's always interesting to watch, though, and that's what makes an actor "good."

I could name many that he excelled in. I actually started watching him in 'The Electric Company' a children's TV show, my daughter was an avid watcher of that, Mr Rogers and Sesame Street on PBS.
