Good morning all.

Sausage on toast sandwich swilled down with a big mug of tea...... it was lovely.... Mmmm.

I'm at odds with myself this morning. I did plan on getting a taxi to Tescos and meeting a couple of friends and having a meal, but they rang and said they couldn't make it, so, it looks like another pot of tea will be required.

Couldn't sleep. I had back pain worse than usual and took a tramadol. The back felt a lot better but is it worth it? Yes it is as long as I don't rely on it.
