Good morning, day, afternoon evening, night, happy whatever etc. #6-New !

Good morning all. 😊

Sausage on toast sandwich swilled down with a big mug of tea...... it was lovely.... Mmmm. 😊

I'm at odds with myself this morning. I did plan on getting a taxi to Tescos and meeting a couple of friends and having a meal, but they rang and said they couldn't make it, so, it looks like another pot of tea will be required. 😊

Why is it, so many of you are compelled to tell us what day of the week it is? Fact is, I do already know, I am not a dunce, and at my age, couldn't care less.

I don't know why this irritates me other than it reminds me of how fast time is passing now at my age.

Pay no attention to my little grumpiness this morning. As with all things, it's passage is quick.

I put a day reference in posts mostly for myself to remember. .… it usually doesn’t matter what day of the week it is, BUT I have to know when I wake up
… just a habit I aquired .😁

Yes, when a person in Australia wishes me a happy winter Sunday and it is a summer Saturday here, I get irritated because losing a day is one thing, but an entire season? :ROFLMAO:
