One of the horses I brushed today is the one I am always eyeballing as I drive by. Something
about him just makes me look for him out all of them. The family that owns the ranch are a
Rodeo family. I learned today his name is Rambler, a big sturdy draft horse that competes in
wagon pulling. Has to be about 16 hands, I had to use the step stool to reach his back. Black
with all white almost to knee socks and a big white blaze on his face. Gentle oh so gentle, loving nudges
with his face. It was a dreary day but I will definitely stop by when it's sunny out and get a photo of him
all slick and shiny. He looks so much like this Shire Draft, but the white blaze is full face nearly..

Maybe I will have horse dreams tonight, haven't had those in years.
