If you've won field day ribbons: What event(s) did you win?

I never received a ribbon for it, but I did get medals for running the 100 meter dash in school, districts and state, which I took second.
I won the district championship at 11.4 seconds. I took second place at state for the 100 meter in 11.0 even. The champion won at 10.4.

I received a ribbon for who could drink the most milk at lunch. It was a phony trick by the football team. I used to drink four cartons of milk and two lunches at lunch everyday, so one day, some of the guys on the football team went around the cafeteria asking other students to give up their milk as a gag. I think there was something like 70 cartons of milk, but I could only drink 20 some before I decided to stop.

They made up a paper ribbon and hung it on my locker.

You people must be young. We didn't have field day when I was in grade school, but my kids did.

I did the 50 yard dash in 7.2 seconds in the 7th grade. That was 2nd fastest in my class. The dude who was 1st did in in 6.6 but he was older than everyone else because he flunked two grades.

I did the 100 yard dash in 12.1 in High School. That's almost 10 yards shorter than the 100 meters. Still, it was one of the better times in my PE class but not good enough to try out for track. At least that's what I told myself because I didn't like to run.

I forgot all about Field Day back in grade school. It was always in the springtime and it was pretty much a huge recess time all afternoon. I did win a couple of ribbons for the long jump but I don't think there were many others competing.
