That's it, City Girl! I loved those when I was a kid, and can probably blame my lousy teeth on them.

Joybelle, they are a golfball-sized lollypop with a soft center consisting of a tootsie roll. Of course you'd have to know what a tootsie roll is for this to make any sense. 😄
 
Would make a nice lunch for a hot summer's day.
