Have You Shrunk With Age?

A lot of us don't realize that the loss of height is usually due to the knees becoming out of alignment. A man can lose 2 inches in height easily and he really don't notice the bowlegged appearance until the pain starts setting in. The real culprit of course is Gravity, I believe it is well known that if we lived on other planets with lesser Gravity we would all have less problems in old age, other than a stray meteor or large star colliding. ;0)

6'1" at age 13 and certain to be the next Doug Atkins (6'8") who was one of my football heroes. But never got any taller and when last measured in 2018, 5'11".

Ideal weight was 210# and bulked as high as 270# when lifting heavy, but now a wasted, damaged 140-150#.

be careful you dont step on me lol--yes i have lost in height i was 5+5 and now 5+4--- one of my pants legs are longer than the other--i guess i am shrinking on one side--and you think you have problems---------------------------
When I walk it seems like one of my legs is shorter than the other judging by my stride.

Well, I always lied about my height. I told people I was 5'4" when I was actually 5' 3 and 3/4 ". But now I am 5 feet tall and not so optimistic I wouldn't shrink more. The stuff between the discs of my spine have worn away and I think it began almost 20 years ago (not positive) after a severe bout of sciatica.
I used to be exactly your former height Pepper. I started telling people I was 5'4 because it seemed easier.

@Aneeda72 Your mother lost 7 inches?! Is that a typo?
