No! as far as decorating goes our display is huge and will be even bigger this year. LOL

Yes. It's a lot of work. I do miss the tree, though. I collected a lot of beautiful ornaments over the years and still have them.

I've subbed using Xmas light strings and flameless candles around the house. I put a swag on the door, but sometimes the wind is so fierce it blows it off!

I didn't used to do any decorating for years but a friend talked me into it a few years back. I have an artificial tree with lights on it that glow when you plug it in. I have waterfall lights in my front window. I got them last year and they were a #$%^# to put up so I left them up and so I will turn them on when the Christmas spirit hits me. It hasn't yet. I used to send lots of cards for Christmas but now I find it a pain. I still will send out a few this year probably.

People don't seem to send cards as much any more. And those Xmas letters have pretty much died out. I think the Internet, Twitter, etc. have made all that mailed stuff obsolete. Kind of a shame.
