The DOJ investigation into United Health Care includes insider trading a proposed 3 billion dollar acquisition of a competitor.
DOJ launched probe into UnitedHealth for insider trading and attempted to stop monopoly
Unless the killer is working for a health care group or movement the insider trading could be a more probable issue than the merger. If a millionaire trader invested heavily in United in stock or options they also could've lost their millions if they invested too much money there/ had an unbalanced portfolio.
And why single out United and not other insurance or health care ceos?
