Hezbollah pagers(not cell phones) explode after an apparent Israeli hack

No, they've tolerated the presence of Palestinians, barely.

You make mention of the Palestinian attitude about the people who invaded their land, who drove multitudes of them from their homes and villages and decry that attitude as though it's unreasonable and unfounded.

With regards to Israel's 'tolerance', early on in my research, I came across a collection of Zionist quotes by all of the various leaders and founders of the Israeli government. Looking at these, it's obvious what their attitudes and philosophies about the Palestinian people is. I invite you to read through some of these......http://www.thehypertexts.com/Zionist%20Quotes.htm
After all that research, you still think Israel belonged to the Palestinians, and the Palestinians were driven out of their land. That is not what happened. Clearly, those quotes were made after repeated attacks from the Palestinians. The dates they were made tell you that.

The Palestinians are not an indigenous people. There were no people called "Palestinian" until after WWII. They are Arabs who lived in Lebanon and Egypt and named themselves Palestinians after the formation of the state of Israel, and who were extremely angry that Jews were given Arab land....not Palestinian land, as there was no such thing as a Palestinian, but Arab land.

The leaders of the Arab countries bordering the new Israel had agreed to the formation of an Israeli state. That made some of their people very angry. Those people were radical Islamists. They came together and called themselves Palestinians. They reeked havoc in Lebanon and Egypt, and were kicked out of those counties and formed their own separate villages. They invaded Israel in 1948, starting the first Arab–Israeli War, which Israel won. After defeating the self-proclaimed Palestinians, the Israeli army did indeed occupy the villages where the "Palestinians" lived, and imposed martial law on them to ensure peace was maintained.

The Israeli gov't finally agreed to just give the Palestinians a part of Israel, a gravy region on the coast, no less, and provided them with humanitarian aid (right up to Oct 7th 2023) and installed infrastructure that included pipelines to bring in clean water and take out sewage. Meanwhile, the "Palestinians" elected a Hamas leader as their official "president". That Hamas leader ordered sections the water and sewage pipelines be dug up and used to make missiles, which were fired at Israel.

That's gratitude for you.

But that's just one example of Palestinian gratitude. They have never stopped attacking Israel. And the Palestinian people basically turned Gaza into a grotto. The Israeli people had nothing to do with what Gaza has become.

Since it's obvious to me you haven't yet, please look into what happened to the Ottoman Empire at the end of WWII and the months after.

Then, please watch these short lectures.

RELIGION is the CAUSE of the Mideast problem. Israel should convert to a SECULAR state, NOT a Jewish state. Then all problems there would be solved.

Just imagine the conflicts in the USA which would spring up if the USA became a CHRISTIAN state and all Jews AND Muslims were made second class citizens.

I am an American CHRISTIAN and would feel very persecuted if I lived in either a Jewish state or a Muslim state!

If you lived in Israel, you would be left alone to live as you wish. Christianity is the third largest religion in Israel, after Judaism and Islam. About 185,000 Christians live there, and you never hear or read about any problems or issues because there are none.

Right now it's a war btwn Israel and Iran w Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houtis doing the fighting in Palestine, Lebanon, and Yemen. The next stage is open warfare directly btwn Israel and Iran which, I feel, is not far off. The last time Iran's return fire was ineffective and limited. I don't think they're going to turn the cheek again.

If the Muslims in Israel had equal rights, Jews would be annihilated.

Hezbollah Leader hassan Nasrallah has been killed according to Israeli Media...

The military claimed that they carried out a precise airstrike while Hezbollah leadership was meeting at their headquarters in Dahiyeh, south of Beirut.

Nasrallah's death marks Israel's biggest success of the war so far. After three decades in power, Nasrallah moulded Hezbollah into the group it is today

The Shia cleric leading Hezbollah had been in power since February 1992, overseeing the group in its transition from a militant group forged in the 1982 Lebanon War, against the backdrop of the wider Lebanese Civil War, into a political party and regional powerhouse.

Under the leadership of the 64-year-old Nasrallah, Hezbollah has fought wars against Israel and taken part in the conflict in neighboring Syria, helping tip the balance of power in favor of President Bashar Assad.

If confirmed, his death would deal a massive blow to the Iran-backed group, potentially destabilising Lebanon as a whole. Rarely seen in public, Nasrallah enjoys cult status among his Shiite Muslim supporters and was the only man in Lebanon with the power to wage war or make peace.

A triumphant IDF spokesperson said: 'Hassan Nasrallah will no longer be able to terrorize the world.'

Repulsive post. How dare you. Nonsense to the hilt. Prejudicial too.

Check out YouTube and see orthodox Jewish people spitting at Christians.

Except they know the US would totally get involved. That literally cools their jets.

You continue to misrepresent what I've said. Living in Canada (with a history of taking over a country and being unjust to the original residents), I'm very aware of the dynamics here. What I've said repeatedly is that they have to learn to get along side by side. And whether that means being integrated into a 'melting pot' society or a two state solution, well that's what they're going to have to figure out. But the point is, they BOTH DESERVE TO LIVE IN SAFETY AND PEACE. And that isn't going to happen until the Israeli's quit treating the Palestinians like a prisoner population.

The Palestinians are indigenous to the area. Native, early, first people.....however you define it, those Arabs lived in that area as much as the Jews did. Even the Times of Israel acknowledges that.... https://blogs.timesofisrael.com/israelis-and-palestinians-are-both-indigenous-and-why-that-matters/

From the link: Both Palestinians and Jews have thousands of years of history in the Levant region, this is an objectively true historical fact that is often denied by advocates of the Jewish and Palestinian people in order to try to win points for their case.

I have suggested many times I think, that people listen to the real-telling of what happened in the six day war that you speak of, as told by Miko Peled, whose father was one of the generals who organized that war. One more time, the video I tried to link refuses to go through, but look up the following title on Youtube:

Miko Peled Seattle. Oct. 1, 2012

If you go to 5:18, he explains the whole situation, including the lead up and how it panned out and all that came as a result of his study of his fathers archived notes and paperwork. Maybe for whatever reason, if you do that, you will find out the real story of the six day war as told by a Jewish general.
The Israeli gov't finally agreed to just give the Palestinians a part of Israel, a gravy region on the coast, no less, and provided them with humanitarian aid (right up to Oct 7th 2023) and installed infrastructure that included pipelines to bring in clean water and take out sewage. The Gaza region was inhabited by both Jews and Arabs . Arial Sharon finally decided that protecting the Jews who lived there was financially unfeasible so he forced the Jews to leave the region, providing them with new homes to move to and built the wall around Gaza. There were at the time, several industrial scale greenhouses that were subject to some damage by the leaving Jewish settlers and then by impoverished Palestinians who needed building materials like pipes for their small farms irrigation. But thanks to the efforts of Australian-Jewish businessman James Wolfensohn, working with the American government, those greenhouses were 'bought' from the settlers for $14 million, refurbished to the tune of $20 million and renewed production in them began.

Greenhouses In Gaza: What Happened?

Unfortunately, the grit in the gears that ultimately killed the project was Israeli refusal to let that produce ($120,000 a day) get out of Gaza to go to market. On your story about Hamas digging up sewer lines....I suggest you Google that tale.
That's gratitude for you.

You aren't getting that the "Palestinians" do not want peace with Israel and Israelis. They do not want to get along side by side with Jews because they believe Jews do not deserve to live. They want a world free of Jews. No Jews at all is what the "Palestinians" desire, and they teach their kids to hate them and to kill them on sight.

Israel has made repeated offers to give the palestinians their own state, and they have refused. Israel has made treaties the palestinians violated. Nothing has worked because it is not about land or occupation or the self-imposed dire conditions in Gaza, it is only about the palestinians wanting all Jews to die.

PERIOD

At 12:18 in your video, the video makes the point that the residents of Gaza of classical antiquity were likely made of up Phillistines (who came from Greece), Egyptians, Bedouins (who came from the Arabian Peninsula, Canaanites who were now known as Jews. Plus all sorts of new comers because the area was at the crossroads of three continents.

He also goes on to say that you have to be careful of using the word indigenous for any (single) people group (including the Jews of today who now include the DNA of Europeans in a huge percentage of them. Meaning, there isn’t ANY ONE GROUP WHO CAN CLAIM TO BE THE UNDISPUTED PEOPLE OF THE LAND.

https://blogs.timesofisrael.com/israelis-and-palestinians-are-both-indigenous-and-why-that-matters/

Interestingly, the above points were made in a study done in 2020 Tel Aviv University, called The Genomic History of the Bronze Age Southern Levant What that study found was that both Palestinians and the Jews of Israel both include a mixture of DNA found in that region thousands of years ago.

So I am perfectly willing to accept the correction that the Palestinians ARE NOT THE ONLY INDIGENOUS GROUP and if you’re going to argue that the Jews are indigenous and deserve to live there, you’ve also just argued that the Palestinians are indigenous and deserve to live there and they both deserve to live in peace, which Israel is refusing to concede entirely.

I've been pretty consistent too in my opinion that they have to learn to live together just as Canadians are learning to live with our indigenous people and not subject them to the early abuses that were heaped on them. Side by side or two state solution....it has to happen if any of those people want to live in peace. Both sides have to recognize that.

I've seen a couple other videos by this guy and find him so completely biased that it's not worth my time to comment further.

Useless talking to her, @Murrmurr. She told me Hamas were freedom fighters. Haven't spoken to her since. Don't miss her.
I don't recall ever using that phrase, 'Hamas are freedom fighters', but considering the brutal abuses that the Palestinian people have suffered under, I guess you could be right on that. What I have more likely said is that I understand why they have fought back, much as the Jewish inhabitants of the Warsaw ghetto fought back when they were locked up and brutalized. In the interest of consistency, would you condemn those Jewish people for fighting back against their oppressors and murderers?

It's awful isn't it, when someone has done research into a topic and come to a completely different understanding. But the point remains, that Israel's perspective is not all there is and under the circumstances, it's obviously not in their best interest to be objective. Which is why, when I did my stint at discovering the situation, I made a point of NOT LOOKING AT THE PALESTINIAN PERSPECTIVE because I realized early on, that it would likely reek of bias.

One more time, my sources included history books, Jewish human rights groups, UN documents, newspaper articles from Israel, commentary by private Jewish individuals like Miko Peled, Son of the General (who happens to be a Jewish peace activist) and the book of President Jimmy Carter, who worked between the parties for a few years as he tried to move the dial towards a peaceful co-existence.

You should make that one of your guide lines for any future efforts at studying issues of political importance.

Some of them do, some of them don't. Just like the opinion among the Jews. You have some Jews saying to level Gaza and kill the inhabitants and then you have others who refuse to join the IDF at the cost of their own freedom because they believe what Israel is doing is unjust.

And Israel has made a pretence of giving Palestinians their own state and the historical record shows that they've likewise failed to uphold the bargains that they've made. Besides the history of Israeli leadership quotes that upholds that idea, another point that kind of upholds that notion....when Palestinians have held peace marches which they started doing in Palestinian villages back in 2005 until at least 2009. Instead of supporting that effort by Palestinian groups, those efforts were always met by water cannons, rubber bullets and lethal force. Never any 'carrots' only sticks.

My last words to you, Debrah, are these....

Imagine that every American - every single one - wanted every Canadian citizen dead, only because they're Canadian. Imagine that the US Constitution instructed Americans that it is their duty as an American to seek out Canadians wherever they may hide, and kill them on sight, therefore, there is absolutely no negotiating. Instead, Americans constantly remind Canadians of their hatred for them and their devotion to the elimination of every single Canadian, usually with missile attacks, sometimes with bombs planted on busses full of those despised Canadians, who, as far as every American is concerned, do not deserve to live.

As the closest neighbor to a nation of people who want you dead in no uncertain terms, think about what your life would be like.
