Hi from Arkansas-very newly (early) retired

I love New York, my animals,reading, and music. I`d like to hear from what people do in their early retirement days, and people that have Obamacare, or cheaper insurance below $25,000 year.
I have worked mostly in healthcare field since 1971, took early retirement due to extreme stress in the workplace.
I have 2 sons, 1 daughter, and 2 granddaughters, my husband is in long term care for ALS of 4 yrs.
 

Hi welcome to Senior Forum. What part of Arkansas are you from? I use to live in NW AR and we have one active member from Clarksville.
You might consider waiting for the Supreme Court decision before thinking seriously about health insurance. Obamacare may not be inexpensively available in Arkansas.

I enjoyed your blog of wonderful travel. You and your wife make a nice looking couple. My Dad had tick fever, colon and prostate cancer, heart attack and stents---he just turned 90. My Mom got new knees and is 89. They`ve been married 69 yrs. My grama lived to 100.
 
Fort Smith. I think I`ll use a clinic-I can have a checkup and get medicine prescribed that I need every month. It goes on a sliding scale. Is there a time when the Supremem court will decide?
