Both husband and I are flummoxed by these new airpods. Supposedly it’s easy to adjust the volume when wearing them. I can sometimes make a little bit of volume change. This is the first time neither one of us bought directly from Apple. I’m not sure what kind of support Walmart will give.

@Jules try turning up the volume on whatever device you have the airpods connected to.

if you turn up the sound settings on whatever device you are connecting your airpods to, it should allow the airpods a greater range of volume and you can then use the airpods' sound settings to turn the volume up or down.

I had a similar issue with my headphones and tablet - I hope it works with the airpods as well
