I think you are right. These people are so sure of themselves, that they don’t know how foolish they sound. What’s sad is that people confuse the huge amount of confidence and certainty these people exude with actual knowledge.

Because I was addressing this statement: "I only saw a new member being ganged up on by a group here". In my opinion, this person isn't being "ganged up on", they're being called out for spreading damaging rumors and misinformation. I'm sure on other topics they're more reasonable, but as I mentioned, people who think like him have been dying of Covid just like a lot of others.

Last time I checked 7m people have died on Covid.

If anything needs to change its the Masses Worldwide Travel and Transportation. It needs to come to an end.
There are tons of Info media and methods. no one needs to go past their National or State boundaries ever again.
Modern medicines with all their overlaying causes of poor health need to be questioned. Aspirin does enough damage.
Most nothing alive on or in the Earth is Compatible everywhere on Earth. It is hauling Vampires and the Walking dead on it.
Millions cross boundaries every day. The people are sick everywhere by the numbers daily. It's Typhoid Mary everywhere.
Disease is constantly adapting, changing every year or so. TB can be incurable now as with many other diseases. Maybe
the average lives longer now but I know tons of young who are in graves too.

that sounds sensible advice - when an infectious disease is rampant, stay away from crowds of people mixing at close proximity and for children this often included public swimming pools.
and polio is caused by a virus and spread through oral/faceal route - so public swimming pools could well be sources of such spread. :sick:

that isnt the same as swimming or contaminated water or lead caused polio though.
(which I know you are not saying but was the claim made before)

Ouch, that's a lot of gloom, Papa Tiger.

Technology leaps has indeed, made the world smaller. As a species, we travel intercontinental a lot. But it's worth remembering that borders are all man-made. Our good old planet doesn't have a concept of borders and boundaries. Those are drawn up and applied by man.

Not to mention, modern medicine does wonders each and every day. Aspirin can cause problems is misused, sure. But think of all the good it does.

Back in ye olde days, and even before, our species would move around based on available resources and local weather conditions. ie. We moved to where things were better for us. Today we hang on to the concept of borders, and sovereignty, and deny our human instinct to go where the going is good. It is, in fact, completely artificial, and counter to human nature.

Try researching covid and there is no definition. So believing in the word covid makes no sense.

BUT
Not believing in viruses only ill informed don't.

And D-K people often come across as very confident and knowledgeable. This is especially true in the field of human health, where our ability to test and determine what is most likely true is very limited by ethical and time considerations. So a D-K person will announce something that is questionable at best if not out right ridiculous, but with such certainty that many people will assume she is right. Toss in politics, which was a good part of the Corona Virus controversy on both sides, and you have a real mess.

No, it is not. Traffic rules are necessary for the safety of the participants, whereas vaccination mandates are not. On the contrary, especially the mRNA shots are neither effective nor safe. Tazx, chic, John cycling and nan are right.

You use the word hate several times. I don't know if it's hate that motivates them. I'm thinking it's more like ignorance.

Whom do you mean with 'conspiracy idiots'? The physicians and scientists who are warning from the dangers of the mRNA shots or people like chic, Tazx, John cycling and me? Or both of us?

Every time they or I give you the link to a single physician or a group of doctors or scientists you answer that these people are biased. But why do you think, that the CDC and your government is unbiased?

Why is Robert F. Kennedy jr. not popular within his own party, the Democrats? Because he told the truth about Fauci, Gates and their connections with Big Pharma.

Did you believe the incubator lie from the daughter of the ambassador of Kuwait or the lie, that the Iraq had weapons for mass destruction? Both were lies, your government used.
