I went to CVS today to buy some things I needed as had no desire to hit Walmart and there is a brutal cold / flu going around , the staff there by choice had masks on .Not doing great, what I thought was just a cold may be the flu. Yuck. Just went around disinfecting everything I touch (remote, glasses, mouse, keyboard with Clorox wipes
I haven't noticed a difference due to Vitamin D but I have noticed a difference using a couple of Supplements called ZenWell and Hello Joy. I feel very relaxed and content.Have you noticed a difference due to Vit D ?

I am a big believer in sleep to ward off colds like tonight I'll go to sleep like midnight but get up like 10 am as only have something to do in late afternoon .It is awful. Luckily a friend went out for me yesterday and go me set up with Nyquil and other stuff.

Did you not have the option of an injection every 6 months and take calcium tablets? The one you are taking is not recommended here, but it might be an individual thing.Ugh. Wednesday is my osteoporosis pill day. I have to take it first thing with a full glass of water, then nothing for 30 minutes. That means no coffee! I'm counting the minutes. I'll take it until May, six months, then rely on my strength training to build my bones.
That medication has serious side effects if taken more than three years. It takes six months to see a benefit of stopping bone loss so I will stay on it for the minimum, as a jump start, then rely on diet and exercise as a long term plan. I could go on it again in the future if needed.
Not really a big deal with the coffee. In fact, its so much better when I can have it....which is......now!
I chose this. I take a bone supplement too.Did you not have the option of an injection every 6 months and take calcium tablets? The one you are taking is not recommended here, but it might be an individual thing.
