It's such a great show..... we used to get reruns but not any more, so if I get the urge to watch it I watch it on youtube...
I never watched it, but am thinking I missed something worth visiting. I'll have to see if it's streaming anywhere. Probably best to watch it in order of when it was broadcast.

Good morning, SF-ers! 'tis Saturday again.

Went to lunch yesterday with a couple of GFs I've known for 40 years. One is starting to have cognitive issues that smack suspiciously of Alzheimer's, but she seems to be coping well and with good humor. We had such a lovely time together - even set up a date for next month and plan to meet monthly for the foreseeable future. ❤️

Not sure if TGS will come here today, tomorrow or neither. Haven't heard from DS yet this morning.

Beautiful weather today with a high of 78. Sunshine puts me in a smiley place. So does rain, for that matter. Not so much freezing weather or snow, so it's a good thing I relocated from that to So Cal many years ago.

Hope you all have a lovely day!

@StarSong Never watched the Golden Girls? OMG! Not to worry, though, you don't have to watch in sequence. One episode rarely bleeds into another.

I entertained the notion of starting sunpatiens from seed. Nope. They're patented so can only be had as bedding plants. Zinnias and cosmos were left to spread where they were planted so they'll come back when the weather warms up. I'd read that snapdragons would do the same so when they were deadheaded last summer/fall, I left the spent blooms where they fell.

I gotta save money where I can since the new Keurig cost $63 . That $63 was part of what had been earmarked for the Flower Fund.

DD and DGD are gone to Publix for the weekly foray through the BOGOs. They dawdle too much so I didn't wanna go along.

I'm gonna make chocolate pudding cake for our Saturday Dessert for Dinner. Gonna go do that right now.

@JBR
Home - Tiflisi

I'll be ordering the stew, sans beef.
Okay, I found this online: Georgia is a country in the Caucasus of southwestern Asia, on the eastern shore of the Black Sea; population 3,800,000; languages, Georgian (official), Russian, and Armenian; capital, Tbilisi.

Not a state in the southern U.S.

So I'm assuming the restaurant in Toronto serves dishes derived from this country, correct?

It's also an architectural style

yes , so most of the food is Russian derived

It’s a beautiful day with temperatures just above freezing. It’s all relative. Walked to the store to pick up a couple of items and spent some time looking at dish soap and laundry detergents. If my husband were with me, I’d have been hustled out of the store. He’s no fun to take shopping.

I can do that too, spend a lot of time perusing dish soap, et al. I've heard of dish soap being referred to as, "fairy liquid," in the UK and I'm so charmed by that I'm doing it too. Boyfriend told me it's actually a brand name of a certain dish soap there. Still using it. --The name, that is. I'm into fairies. :)
