I wish we could just get steroid injections when we ask... instead we have a long drawn out process... takes monthsPulled it a couple of weeks ago doing yard work so I've got to have a steroid shot in my shoulder this morning....had one in my hand on the 16th for trigger finger in my left hand ring finger, it still pops up but not as painful so I reckon the shot has helped some.
had many of those days..I empathise..lolLooks like I better finish getting the peaches ready & into the freezer.
Had one of shopping days,,, "O, I don't have much to buy."
Then walk out of Walmart in shock over the price of groceries I just bought?
stunning!!...would you mind if I used this as computer wallpaper ?Check-up appointment with my Kaiser Permanente doctor of 15 years I haven't seen in the last 3 years. July had the highest ever average temperatures across most of Northern California, however today is forecast to just reach lower 80Fs. So am going to take a break from image processing and get outside for some street fun later.
Downsized for web focus stack and stitch blended image (6600x6000 pixels full size) I worked last Friday backpacking 5 days with bro J in Hoover Wilderness. This is at 9400 feet so still some snow patches. Was camped a third of a mile away. Yes, we enjoyed two large rice and fresh trout dinners as these lakes have fish. An example of how one does not need to be wealthy to enjoy the best of life. Another couple backpacks next week.

there you are Gigi..you're having the same temperatures as us.. I just mowed the grass to...sooo hot... now imagine going in , and having no AC now......welcome to my world...Holy Toledo, it's hot out there! Mowed the lawn, then checked the temp. Had I known before I started... It's 88 and feels like 101. That's kinda hot. But the lawn has been mowed. It's Wednesday, and if I'm lucky, it won't need to be done again until Saturday.
Now I'm gonna cool off in front of the TV, play solitaire and watch murder shows.
I've not watered out there yet, because the sun is shining directly on my plants still on one side of the garden... in fact I may go and have a look at it now.hot and humid here,to,just watered the pots outside, and toms in the polytunnel,,gonna sit on the patio with a glass of wine, theres a bit of a breeze got up,may get a shower or two tonight.
