LOL. I could almost write the script. They want it "open and airy" with white cabinets, big granite island, double sink in the "ensuite", update the fireplace, knock down that wall, etc.'etc. Why do I keep watching?

I only see it if I'm in some waiting room where it happens to be on. They do every house the same, don't they?

@hawkdon Aha. Got it. It was delicious and just what I wanted this morning Thangkew!

I decided against resting and vacuumed instead. Now I'm gonna put clean sheets on my bed. When that's done, probably going to spend the rest of the day doing...not much.

Back from the dentist and the supermarket.. The dentist told me she wasn't going to pull the tooth today, instead she was going to fill it, and if that didn't work then a root Canal... I said no..not today thank you. I'm not up for a root canal.. and if my tooth isn't actually hurting right now I'm not in the mood for a filling which could potentially cause me neuralgic pain... so she said Ok.. book an appointment for 3 months...

The rain is Biblical.. didn't matter which road I drove on...they were flooded.. motorway people were aquaplaning.. I had to hold the steering wheel really tight or I'd have lost control of the car going through HUGE puddles ...the Motorway is like a River... and the rain is so hard I had to have the wipers on triple fast... nightmare....

However as I was on the edge of North London..I went grocery shopping hoping it would be quiet due to the bad weather and the children off school this week..

It was not as quiet as I imagined it might be.. but anyway that's done for a another few weeks..

They had a sale on and I got a Baby Blue colour Body warmer..with a hood...2 striped shirts. and an Olive waistcoat (vest for Americans) to go over the cream shirt which has accents of green stripes..

Bed has been made. The sheets have kitties with scarves around their necks and knitted caps...for winter...because winter isn't over yet.

Jeans and stuff are in the dryer. When they're done, I'll dawdle for a while before getting off my duff to get that load out and fold all of it. Dawdle because I'll forget about it until later this afternoon.

How about avocado toast for lunch?

I bought the shirts the waistcoat and the body warmer.. as WELL as the groceries.. and I got a pile of groceries.. you'll never believe me when I tell you that the Navy stripe shirt, the cream coloured striped shirt, Olive waistcoat and blue body warmer ( thick one).. and all my groceries came to the grand total of just £92... ...oooh and I got a electric Halogen heater... even the guy on the checkout said what a bargain the heater is...reduced to £12.00

The initial price was £120..and change. (which was still cheap ) . but I had some loyalty vouchers.. so it came to £92.. for all of that...

I did... I'm very happy with the price of this stuff.. and I was sitting here thinking why it so cheap comparatively.. and I realised the one thing I didn't buy in the groceries this week was meat..red meat specifically, or fish.. both of which are really expensive and which I would normally buy....

Spent the day dodging rain drops. We had a deluge. My dog is hopeless dodging rain drops. He just stands there and blinks every time rain gets in his eyes.

Just so y'all know, there are daffodils blooming in my garden. Lots of daffodils, even some dwarf daffodils.

A nice looking day, but very cold. I spent much of it wallpapering the dining area while Mrs. L repainted the kitchen area. I'm still looking for new ceiling lights and we'll probably go looking for them tomorrow.

I have snow drops blooming in a sheltered corner of the house & some by the front door.

Did I mention watching the ##### deer eating my Iris roots?

I had my follow up appointment with my doctor today. My bloodwork was excellent, my kidney function was great, and my doctor was happy....me, too!

Ummmm.....it took me to almost 3 PM to realize that today was not Coosday!!

I'm such a mess!!! But then, again, it's been (yet another) rough week!

Another bright but cold day forecast. Plan to go to Inverurie to look for light fittings etc.. I don't like the town and rarely go there, but it has decent shopping.
