Well after doing all of my usual ablutory practices and taking the dog walking so he can perform his - we settled back to w/end relaxation. Mine is a browse around the 'net which can take me globally or extra globally or inwardly. I finally did some bible study triggered by moments on here I believe. Can I mention anything further on this topic I get rather confused about the rules and regulations and whether religion is allowed or not - although I must admit have seen quite a bit of talk and discussion about churches and faiths etc? anyone advise before I put my foot back in the Garden of Eden or not??

Lazy day; I didn't do any of the things I intended to do. I continued watching Seattle Superstorm, a movie on the newly discovered (by me) Fawesome channel and started re-watching the series Hercules, since I can now access it on Prime. I spent quite a bit o time here on the forum as well. I also made pasta for lunch: penne with chopped turkey burger, Francesco Rinaldi sauce, shredded mozzarella, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray (my salt substitute) and dried basil..

Nice day. I was starting to think about watering the lawn, but didn't want to deal with my hostile neighbor. I was thrilled when it started to rain unexpectedly. I did a little rain dance and a shout of gratitude to the universe.

That off my shoulders, I watched a bunch of tv, ate some soup and relaxed. I've been binge watching a show called Virgin River.

The PT guy came today but instead of helping me regain strength he had to manipulate my neck and shoulder. It has been been very painful for several days. Tonight I got a few hours sleep and woke up to less pain. To celebrate I had a small bottle of apple juice in hopes of replacing some nutrients I missed by not eating my veggies today. Pain kills all the fun. Its back to bed with real hope for tomorrow.

Flying solo today in that London while Mrs Oy and our eldest do that shopping thing. Up and out by 7:30 to bus and tube it to Victoria Station to see a nice steam train. Chilling with a club ceaser thing in Pret now while I plan my next move! Kings Cross next I think then down to Borough Market for some street photography.

@-Oy- How I envy you, seeing that beautiful steam train. My mouth is watering over that sandwich, even though I just had my brekkie 😋

Borough market is my favourite London food market... I go regularly... then for outdoor market nothing beats Camden...

Ouch. Sorry. 😣 At least you woke up to less pain and not more. I hope it continues to lessen.

It was a day. Looked like I'd have to work alone, but Sir turned up about 8:30 so it was an easy morning, and I got to leave at 9:30.

Relaxing right now with a cup of coffee, then gonna change into my grubbies and attack the lawn again. It's overcast right now so not too hot yet. Yay. I can work up a sweat without the sun.

DD/DSIL are helping DGD move. She's wondering where all her stuff came from because a year ago when she moved she had hardly anything. Yup. Doesn't take long to accumulate.

We're all relieved that she's moving back home given her somewhat serious health problems. It's a relief that at least she has FMLA so danger of losing her job.

It's past 3pm...grey drizzly chilly day...

I've so far cleaned the Extractor hood and degreased the filters.... then I cleaned the upholstery in the livingroom with upholstery shampoo....that's just drying now..

Then I emptied this big storage box in the craft area..

of it's inner boxes.. which are substantial and very heavy as they're full up. No crafts despite the name but various items , including scripts and various things from TV world that belonged to us during our working life....I was able to throw out the whole contents of one box because it was ancient Tech..including DVD's and CD's..

I bought new inner boxes to replace these ones..

and spent a good hour clearing out not all 4 boxes, just 2.. and I'll do the rest later, cuz my back hurts.. I have one box which is just full of my Diaries for the last 3 years.. I'm loathe to do it, but I have 14 years of Diaries in the loft as well which fill several large boxes.. and I'm thinking I need to burn them. Hard decision but I might just keep pertinent years

@holly,, reminds me I need to sort my sox drawer.
Good thing to do on a wet day.

We had thought about going to a wood carver event.
Just to get sway & attend something different.

Hmm,, sky is clearing,,,,,,, there is hope............
LOL..these boxes are much bigger than a sock drawer.. be glad that's all you have to clear out...:D I hope you get to your wood carving event...

Done with the hard part! At its widest point it's about six feet, then tapers to zero. The whole thing is about 25 feet long. Got the edging pavers set, too. Yay me. My fingers are sore.

The sun came out, but it's still not too awfully hot, only 76 so far.

I'm all showered and smelling good. Time for laundry. And maybe a nap?
