My mini vacation began on the back roads, past farms and fields. I went to an outlet mall in a nearby town. That feels like vacation to me. Got a soft pretzel with cheese sauce on the side. Later I got a cup of coconut almond chocolate chip ice cream.
I found the elusive type bras I like and they were on a 70% clearance rack so score!!
I almost got a new jacket but when I tried it on it just wasn't doing it for me.
Took a different set of back roads home. Stopped at a farm stand and bought peaches.
I got a lot of walking in while window shopping.
Got home in time to beat the heat.

Had night from hell. Been getting up 2am+ every night so decided to try couch instead of bed. So, Gidget 🐈‍⬛ jumps on my sore right leg three times, waking me up & causing agony. Then, this morning she knocks over all seven pics of grandson, knocks over a pole lamp, knocked over small bookcase now wedged in between lamp & furniture. I have to wait 8 days before son comes again to unwedge. Then, she stole my reading glasses. I had a fit! Had to go CVS & get cheap pair of reading glasses for $22 bucks. When I came home, found my reading glasses hidden under papers dragged over to dining table. Still missing are another pair of reading glasses.

She's a maniac. Was shaking so hard I think I have Parkinson's. Gonna see neurologist soon over this shaking which gets really bad when upset.

I actually told her I hated her. These two very aggressive in their affection, she has licked me till I bled!

Poor Louie 🐈 who did nothing wrong got yelled at too. These cats are like no others I've ever had in their utter destruction, not that they know what they are doing, because of course they don't. I told them the F word I got so mad! :mad:

Returned from a couple long drive High Sierra backpacking trips then nearly done from all week processing large images. Will soon be writing HTML code for images. Well tanned body extra strong now from strenuous efforts. Tomorrow Saturday will drive pm 60 miles north to Concord for a Sammy Hagar and the Circle plus Loverboy outdoor venue hard rock concert. Then Sunday another outdoor blues group late pm street concert.
 
Good night's sleep for me, finally! Seven hours, only interrupted once, but fell back asleep till 420AM. Maybe I could have slept more, except my giggling got in the way. 420, and today I am receiving a THC order! I found that so amusing it woke me up! :ROFLMAO: Still shaking a lot though. :censored:

It rained a whole bunch during the night. Made digging weeds easy. Done in the garden for the day. Maybe.

Yesterday's plan to vacuum fell by the wayside because I wasn't done yet with Thursday's procrastination :ROFLMAO:.

DD and DGD are off to Aldi, then back to pick me up to go to Target, garden center, dollar store. If the dollar store manager is there, I'm gonna ask him about working there even though it'll be a month before I can work.

Practice on your uke, @hollydolly because you said you'd give a video concert when I posted garden pix. I posted garden pix. I even posted a pic for my avatar. You're up next🎶

No I didn't actually say that... and in fact I deny even knowing anything about concerts, and yookaylaylays..
 
I am not sure if I've got rodents in my brick shed.. A couple of times in the last week I've opened the door to find things mysteriously upended on the floor. This morning I found the box of grass seed tipped over and it had been on a shelf 4 feet off the floor.. ! So, after clearing all that up..I've just ordered some Bait and traps ...

What annoys me is that next door 2 spinsters my age live who are really messy. They were both born in that house and they just send no money keeping it nice.. They don't repair anything, and they all of their sheds have no doors.. and are full of garbage. I called the environmental health on them few years ago.. and they cleared all up , and then planted fast growing trees to block me seeing their junk .. but most of it is back again, there's still one area I can see, when I'm on the ladders cutting my hedge .. and I have a feeling this is what could be causing me a problem again... if I find rodents using the traps I'll call environmental health again..

It's so annoying


last night as well I had a fox and Muntjac in the garden both were barking and howling.. what a racket !


Sunny warm day... I'm waiting for the agents to send me a video of the West London apartment I'm potentially interested in...
