How Much Do You Smile and Laugh Every Day?

I smile very easily, I can just look at a puppy or bunny in the yard and a smile comes across my face. Hubby and I laugh and joke around all the time too. Of course, visiting my friends here daily is a good guarantee for a chuckle or a smile. I also like sitcoms and stand up comics.

How much do you smile and laugh every day? Too much, not enough? Do you laugh more than you did in your younger days? I think I laugh just about as much.

I have read a good deal about Laughter Yoga, and often while alone in the car I will give it a go, and yes the act of laughing, even in the absence of a funny stimulus, will make you feel better.

Some days are better or worse than others, but I agree, a sincere laugh or smile is excellent for body and mind.

^That, some days better than others, but, it's pretty easy to put a smile on my face, especially a picture of a baby or happy animals like dogs and such. I am also easily able to laugh whether I'm sad or not, there are just some things that put me in a good mood regardless even if for a short moment.

I enjoy smiling and I love to laugh. Watching stand up comedy, watching anything funny that brings on waves of belly laughter, is a delight to me. And, I believe, it's healthy too.

When I welcomed my passengers on-board the plane, I greeted them with a smile. It allows a person to relax a bit to see the pilots smile. I generally like to watch programs that make me laugh because I like funny stuff. I never missed some of the old shows like Taxi, Seinfeld and even when my kids were growing up, I would watch ALF with them. All were hilarious.
