I remember the first time I drank Coca Cola. The time was early 1960s. We lived on the campus of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. We were all in the car, mom, myself and younger brother my dad was driving. Don't know the details but somehow our car was hit and my younger brother was thrown from the car. The. crazy thing was none of went to the hospital, anyway a woman invited into her home and gave us CocaCola to drink.
Another first time was when I tried marijuana. My younger brother was already engaged in specialized anti-inhibitors of the sort so I asked to try some. In the dark of night we ventured beyond our house to behind the neighbor's backyard shed. I cannot recall getting high or stoned from the venture, but the experience set into motion further experiences through experimentation. Just for the record marijuana had an adverse affect on me most likely because of an undiagnosed mental health condition
