"Citizens of Earth! You may be the third planet from the Sun, but you're still number one in my heart! And this is the most historic butt in line in the history of the world!"What would your first words be for the whole world to hear as you lept past him?

If I had a chance to be first man on the moon I would have had a secret marketing deal with Coke, or Pepsi and my first words would be "I drink Coca Cola because exploring the moon is thirsty work."I would have tackled Armstrong on the ladder...then leapt past him to be crowned the first man on the Moon. Then all of the history books would be talking about The Buzzster!!
Not kidding. If I were in Buzz's boots I would have done just that!

At the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, they show a great video of the Apollo mission. I forget how much the fee costs to visit the Kennedy Space Center, but it was well worth it. There are a lot of things to see and do there. You should allow yourself around 4 hours to take it all in.If you're a fan of the Apollo missions, you owe it to yourself to watch this 2007 documentary.
There are no narrations, no leading questions, no controversy. It's just the men of those missions, telling the stories, interspersed with film footage.
It's fascinating. I was completely mesmerized. The best documentary I've ever seen.

If you know, you know. But it is sad that even when featured in popular film as a backdrop, young people (and a lot of oldies) don't recognize it or why the filmmaker used it.
Disgraceful.
