Of course, if you're The Naked Cowboy who wanders around New York City in his extremely brief briefs, purty cowboy boots, and guitar, you don't need much of anything, let alone a truck.

Easy there Cowboy Lover Kate.Of course, if you're The Naked Cowboy who wanders around New York City in his extremely brief briefs, purty cowboy boots, and guitar, you don't need much of anything, let alone a truck.![]()
Someone I know who ‘was’ a city boy found a cowgirl and now has a cowboy hat, cowboy boots and has even purchased the truck. It’s not a criticism at all. This person appears thrilled with his new life. Change can be good. I’m happy for him and his new family. If you're a real cowboy you need just two things
1. A hoss
2. A cowgirl![]()
If you’re a cowboy, do you need a truck to go with the hat and cowboy boots?
Just wondering?
Not that it matters to anyone, but there's a big difference between a cowboy and a model. Those boots, clothes, hat, truck, and even the guy wearing all the bling have never been on the range or in a pasture. He's an attractive guy for sure, but a cowboy ...... nope.
This dude would end up with hay and other crap down in his boots and those bracelets would hang up on everything.
Every cowboy needs a horse.
I resemble that remark. Well, aside from the hat. At least that kind of hat. I think most of mine are variations on the Homburg. They've lived in the closet for decades. I also had a flatcap worn more recently, but just because it always made a coworker burst out laughing. Is this about, what's that old saying? All hat and no cattle?
LOL. Love the Homburg idea.I resemble that remark. Well, aside from the hat. At least that kind of hat. I think most of mine are variations on the Homburg. They've lived in the closet for decades. I also had a flatcap worn more recently, but just because it always made a coworker burst out laughing.
Here's what Conway Twitty had to say about it.Is this about, what's that old saying? All hat and no cattle?
And a horse that he knew how to ride...! Otherwise, the cattle would run him over!A cowboy would need some cows, I imagine.
