He's from my area and I really try hard to understand, I guess it's just the way he was raised and it's in his blood. My first thought is he's crazy, but, this is the only life he's known, for him it's like breathing it's what's he's known since he was a child, if he weren't able to push the button, if he thought he couldn't accomplish the feat, I don't believe he would do it. But then, I don't understand mountain climbers and the like either, I do understand, that way of life makes them feel alive regardless at to whether or not, it will lead to death. In those moments they are most alive. adrenaline junkies. Me, I'll take a mitie while lying on a beach, that's living for me.
Nope didn't watch; when they show a clip in the near future, I'd only watch the last few seconds when he reaches the other side to climb down. I did kind of wish I had gone downtown to experience the joy and excitement of a local's accomplishment when he perform one of his walks a couple of years ago, just for the camaraderie and good feelings that were going around in the area to support his efforts, but, personally, I've never cared for these kind of performances, I've never really enjoyed going to the circus period.
Anyway, congrats to you Wallenda, for accomplishing another of your goals.
